Jerry Looney has been named Senior Director of Sales for Capacity Trucks.
Rucker has been with Capacity Trucks and LayMor Sweepers since 2018, holding several roles at the company, including Quality Manager, EHS Manager and Director of Operations. Before joining Capacity and LayMor, he worked at Robroy Industries, which specializes in corrosion protection for the electrical industry. Rucker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a master’s degree in management with a specialization in organizational design and development. He is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
Looney has been with Capacity Trucks for 14 years, previously serving as Director of Sales. He has attained Lean certification, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and business and has completed graduate work in business, as well as completed numerous sales and sales management courses and certifications.

BROOKFIELD, Wis – June 4, 2025 – REV Recreation Group announces an internal leadership promotion as part of a forward-looking succession plan that is aimed at further strengthening the RV division ahead of the planned retirement of Segment President Mike Lanciotti later this year.
As Lanciotti prepares to retire from REV Group, his title will shift from President to Executive Advisor of the Recreational Vehicles Segment while he transitions his role and responsibilities to Gary Gunter, who has been promoted to President of the Recreational Vehicles Segment. In his new role, Gunter will oversee Operations, Sales and Aftermarket Part Sales and Service across all RV brands and business units including Fleetwood RV, Holiday Rambler, American Coach, Goldshield Fiberglass, Renegade RV, Midwest Automotive Designs, Lance Camper, REV RV Parts and the three service and repair centers.
Gunter has been a member of the REV Group team since 2011 when he joined as Division Controller for REV Recreation Group, and most recently he served as the Vice President / General Manager of the REV Recreation Group businesses encompassing Fleetwood RV, Holiday Rambler, and American Coach, and Goldshield Fiberglass manufacturing facilities in Decatur.
Mike Lanciotti began his tenure with REV Group in 2008 when he joined Renegade RV as Executive Vice President. Just four months later, he was named CEO and President. Following REV Group’s acquisition of Renegade RV in 2016, Lanciotti was appointed Vice President and General Manager of REV Renegade LLC. Over his 13 years with the company, he played a pivotal role in transforming Renegade into one of REV Group’s top-performing recreational brands, establishing its reputation as a best-in-class Super C manufacturer and a premier producer across the broader Class C category. In recognition of his leadership, he was promoted to President of the RV segment in 2021.
