(NYSE: REVG), a leading company that designs and manufactures specialty vehicles in the fire & emergency, commercial and recreation industries, announces Hector Flores as the new Vice President and General Manager of Lance Camper, the manufacturer of high-quality, ultra-lightweight composite-built truck campers and travel trailers. Flores will report to Mike Lanciotti, President, REV Recreation Segment.
Flores joins REV Group from Horizon Global, where he was the Vice President of Global Operations for Europe & South Africa. Prior to that role, Flores served as Global Vice President for Certus Automotive. Additionally, he has served in many Director leadership roles in manufacturing. Flores holds a master’s degree from Thomas Moore College and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from Instituto Tecnologico de Saltillo, Saltillo, Mexico.
Gary Conley has been named Director of Sales and Marketing for Lance Camper, reporting to Hector Flores. In Conley’s 40 years with Lance, he has held many roles including National Sales Manager, Purchasing Manager, VP/GM, and has led the Sales team.

E-ONE, a subsidiary of REV Group Inc., and a leading manufacturer of fire apparatus, announces it is building two HP 100 Platforms for the Green Bay Metro Fire Department in Wisconsin. The two platforms were ordered through E-ONE Dealer Fire Service Inc.
These two platforms are replacement vehicles for Green Bay, whose recent orders include two custom pumpers and a Haz-Mat Command Combo Rescue.

The long-time ambulance manufacturing team of Mark Van Arnam and Randy Hanson have been selected to lead the REV Ambulance Group. Mark will serve as President for the Group and Randy will function as Chief Operating Officer.

REV Group, Inc. (NYSE:REVG), a leading manufacturer of specialty vehicles announced today that Mark Skonieczny, CFO has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective January 27, 2023. Rod Rushing has stepped down as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors.
“On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to thank Rod for his dedication and contributions to REV Group over the past three years,” stated Paul Bamatter, Chairman of REV Group’s Board of Directors. “During his tenure, Rod has played an important role in positioning REV Group for long-term success, while leading the company through a challenging period that included COVID-19, rapidly rising inflation, and supply chain disruptions. We wish him all the best.”
Skonieczny will join the REV Group Board of Directors effective immediately and remain Chief Financial Officer. Skonieczny will serve as Interim CEO until the role is permanently filled.
Prior to joining REV Group, Skonieczny held positions as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Adient PLC and spent 17 years at Johnson Controls in a variety of financial roles including Vice President of Corporate Development; Vice President of Finance, Global Aftermarket-Power Solutions; Vice President of Finance, Middle East, Latin America and NA Systems-Building Efficiency; and Assistant Corporate Controller.
“Mark has been a valuable member of the REV leadership team since joining the company in June 2020,” said Mr. Bamatter. “The Board is confident that his extensive experience, existing deep knowledge of the REV business, and operational experience will further enable REV to accelerate its transformation.”
