Capacity Trucks, a subsidiary of REV Group, Inc. (NYSE: REVG), has announced it will display one of its prototype hydrogen fuel cell electric hybrid terminal trucks and the new cab design for its Zero Emission trucks at the Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo, May 9 – 12, in Long Beach, California.
This prototype terminal truck is the first North American hydrogen fuel cell electric hybrid-powered truck built from the ground up. Capacity designed two hydrogen fuel cell electric hybrid terminal trucks under a grant that was awarded in 2019. Both trucks are currently in operation in the Port of Long Beach, California.
Capacity’s new Zero Emission cab design will also be on display at the show. This cab will be integrated on all future EV and hydrogen fuel cell electric hybrid terminal trucks produced. The new cab design offers a unique look for Zero Emission products and allows the truck to meet global design preferences for the marketplace.
“We’re excited to attend the ACT Expo and have the opportunity to display our leading Zero Emission technologies,” said Joe Garton, VP/GM, Capacity Trucks. “Capacity and REV Group are committed to leading the specialty vehicle space in alternative fuels.”
The Capacity Trucks hydrogen fuel cell electric hybrid prototype and new cab design will be on display at ACT, booth #1259.
