REV Specialty Vehicles Segment Announces New E-ONE Vice President and General Manager

OCALA, Fla – June 3, 2024 – REV Specialty Vehicles Segment, which includes fire apparatus manufacturing subsidiary E-ONE, announces Gary Feldmann has been named the vice president and general manager for the E-ONE facilities in Ocala, FL and Hamburg, NY, effective today. Feldmann reports to Mike Virnig, president, REV Specialty Vehicles Segment.

With significant experience in improving operational efficiencies, Feldmann, most recently, was the President and General Manager of the Fruit & Vegetable division for JBT Corporation, a custom solutions primary and secondary processing equipment manufacturer. Prior to that, Feldmann was the Chief Operating Officer at R.A. Jones, a high-speed custom primary and secondary packaging equipment company. Feldmann also spent ten years as the director of worldwide operations at TW Metals/O’Neal Steel. He began his career in various manufacturing manager roles working for Meritor WABCO Automotive, Rockwell Automotive and Emerson Electric Sweco Division.

“Gary is a proven team leader and mentor with an impressive record in improving business operations and workflow processes as well as developing high-performing, collaborative teams,” said Mike Virnig, president, REV Specialty Vehicles Segment. “With E-ONE celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, Gary’s expertise in operational excellence and business development makes him the ideal leader to continue to grow the E-ONE legacy and brand across North America.”

Feldmann holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in business administration as well as an associate of arts degree in Economics, all from Thomas More College. He is Six Sigma Black Belt trained and has attended the Leadership as Practice (LAP) from London School of Business and the Lead Change Program from IMD Business School in Switzerland.

BROOKFIELD, Wis – May 30, 2024 – REV Group, Inc. (NYSE:REVG), a leading designer and manufacturer of specialty vehicles, announces today that Cynthia (Cindy) Augustine has been elected as an independent member of its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Augustine currently serves as the global chief talent officer at McCann Worldgroup, part of Interpublic Group (IPG) and a leading global marketing services company with an integrated network of advertising agencies in over 120 countries. Previously, Augustine was the global chief talent officer for FCB Global, an IPG fully integrated marketing communications company; senior vice president of Human Resources and Employee Services at Scholastic; senior vice president of Talent Management at Time Warner, as well as senior vice president of Human Resources and president of the Broadcast Group at The New York Times Company. Augustine began her career as a lawyer specializing in employment law, labor relations and employee benefits.

“Cindy brings an extensive background of executive leadership and transformational change to the board. We believe her background, global experience, and particular expertise in human capital management will further REV Group’s organizational and operational imperatives,” said Board Chair Jean Marie (John) Canan. “On behalf of REV Group’s Board of Directors, I am delighted to welcome Cindy to the board.”

Augustine holds a juris doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law and earned a bachelor’s degree from Sarah Lawrence College. She has been named to Black Enterprise’s Most Powerful Women in Business list and has been recognized, three times, as one of Savoy Magazine’s Top 100 Most Influential Black Leaders in Corporate America.

BROOKFIELD, Wis – April 15, 2024 – REV Group, Inc. (NYSE:REVG), a leading manufacturer of specialty vehicles, announces Amy Campbell has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, effective today. Campbell sits on REV’s executive leadership team and reports to CEO and President Mark Skonieczny.

Prior to REV Group, Campbell served as CFO of ASC Engineered Solutions and CFO for BrandSafway’s Commercial and Industrial Division. In addition, she had a 23-year tenure with Caterpillar, Inc., which included several segment CFO roles, Vice President of Investor Relations, and Chief Audit Officer. Campbell joined Caterpillar as an intern and held a broad spectrum of accounting and finance leadership positions across Manufacturing Operations, Global Information Systems, Product Development, and Corporate.

“Amy is an experienced and highly respected finance executive,” said Mark Skonieczny, CEO and President, REV Group. “I am thrilled she’s joining our leadership team and look forward to working together. With her broad financial experience, she will provide important leadership and guidance to REV Group.”

Campbell graduated summa cum laude from Illinois Wesleyan University with a major in accounting and a minor in economics.  She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified 6 Sigma Blackbelt. Campbell is also a graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management’s Women’s Senior Leadership program and the Digging Deep Executive Leadership program at Duke University.
