MARK SKONIECZNY

INTERIM CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mark Skonieczny serves as REV Group’s Interim Chief Executive Officer and is on the REV Group Board of Directors. He is also the Chief Financial Officer at REV, a position he has held since June 2020. Prior to joining REV Group, he spent 17 years at Johnson Controls in a variety of financial roles including Vice President of Corporate Development; Vice President of Finance, Global Aftermarket-Power Solutions; Vice President of Finance, Middle East, Latin America and NA Systems-Building Efficiency; and Assistant Corporate Controller.

CHRIS DANIELS

CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Chris Daniels joined REV Group as Chief Human Resources Officer in February 2019. Chris has more than 20 years of cross-functional leadership experience at global consumer and industrial manufacturing companies. Before joining REV, he worked at Rockwell Automation as Vice President, Human Resources, preceded by 16 years at Sensient Technologies Corporation, where he held the positions of Chief Human Resources Officer, Segment President and multiple leadership roles in Finance. Chris holds a BA in Finance and an MBA from University of Wisconsin schools.

STEPHEN BOETTINGER

GENERAL COUNSEL AND SECRETARY

Stephen Boettinger serves as General Counsel of REV, a position he has held since June 2018. Prior to joining REV, he worked at Harley-Davidson, Inc. for over 14 years. Before joining Harley-Davidson, Stephen was an associate at the law firm of Foley & Lardner for four years. Prior to law school, he worked for Bethlehem Steel for six years, where he held various positions in operations and engineering, and was also an officer in several National Guard and Army Reserve units. Stephen holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA from the University of Indiana, Northwest, and a JD from Notre Dame Law School.

SAGAR MURTHY

CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Sagar Murthy joined REV Group as the Chief Information Officer in 2022. Before REV, Sagar served at Jason Group Inc. as Senior Vice President and GM APAC & ME and Group Chief Information Officer. Prior to that, he held positions as Vice President & GM for Jason Group India, responsible for the business operations in India and adjacent markets. He spent the majority of his career with Actuant Corporation in a series of progressive leadership roles, concluding as Group Chief Information Officer. Sagar holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Marquette University.

DAN DESROCHERS

PRESIDENT, REV Fire Group

Dan DesRochers serves as President, Fire Group, overseeing REV Fire Group brands E-ONE, Ferrara, KME, Spartan Emergency Response, Smeal, Spartan Fire Chassis and Ladder Tower; a position he has held from November 2022. Prior to joining REV Group, Dan served as President and COO at Morgan Truck Body, LLC, a division of JB Poindexter & Co. Over his 30-year career, DesRochers has held leadership roles with General Electric, United States Can Company, and Federal Signal Corporation. Dan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin.

MARK VAN ARNAM

PRESIDENT, REV Ambulance Group

Mark Van Arnam serves as President, Ambulance Group, overseeing REV Ambulance Group brands Horton, American Emergency Vehicles (AEV), Leader, Wheeled Coach and Road Rescue. In February 2023, he rejoined REV Group after previously holding positions as Vice President – Sales & Marketing of Wheeled Coach Industries and President/CEO of American Emergency Vehicles (AEV), which he co-founded in 1991. Mark also served as the Administrator for The Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS). In 2016, he received the Ambulance Manufacturers Division Lifetime Achievement Award and the American Medical Response Pioneer in EMS Award.

BRIAN PERRY

PRESIDENT, REV Commercial Segment

Brian Perry serves as President, Commercial Segment, overseeing several brands including Collins, ENC, Capacity and Laymor, a position he has held since July 2019. In November 2020, Brian assumed the additional role of Senior Vice President of Operations overseeing Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence and Engineering for REV. Prior to joining REV, he was Senior Vice President of Operations for the Space & Sensors Sector of L3Harris Technologies and also held previous leadership roles with both Textron Corporation and Danaher. Brian holds a BA from Northeastern University, an MBA from Babson College and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

MICHAEL LANCIOTTI

PRESIDENT, REV Recreation Segment

Michael Lanciotti serves as President, Recreation Segment, overseeing all the recreation businesses and brands including Fleetwood RV, Holiday Rambler, American Coach, Lance Camper, Midwest Automotive Designs, Renegade RV and Goldshield Fiberglass. He was appointed to this role in April 2021. Prior to this, Mike held various leadership roles at Renegade RV which he joined in 2008. Following REV’s acquisition of Renegade RV in 2016, Mike served as its Vice President and General Manager. Mike holds an Executive MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and a bachelor’s degree from Thiel College with a focus in Accounting and Mechanical Engineering.
