MARK SKONIECZNY

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mark Skonieczny serves as REV Group’s President and Chief Executive Officer and is on the REV Group Board of Directors. Mark joined REV Group as Chief Financial Officer in June 2020. Prior to REV Group, he spent 17 years at Johnson Controls in a variety of financial roles including Vice President of Corporate Development; Vice President of Finance, Global Aftermarket-Power Solutions; Vice President of Finance, Middle East, Latin America and NA Systems-Building Efficiency; and Assistant Corporate Controller. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State and is a Certified Public Account.

AMY CAMPBELL

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Amy Campbell joined REV Group as the Chief Financial Officer in 2024. Prior to REV Group, Campbell served as CFO of ASC Engineered Solutions and CFO for BrandSafway’s Commercial and Industrial Division. In addition, she had a 23-year tenure with Caterpillar, Inc., which included several segment CFO roles, Vice President of Investor Relations, and Chief Audit Officer. Amy graduated summa cum laude from Illinois Wesleyan University with a major in accounting and a minor in economics, and she is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified 6 Sigma Blackbelt.

STEPHEN ZAMANSKY

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL COUNSEL AND CORPORATE SECRETARY

Stephen (Steve) Zamansky serves as Senior Vice President,  General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of REV Group, a position he has held since October 2023. He previously served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company. Prior to Cooper Tire, he held the same title at Essar Minerals Americas Inc, and previously served as General Counsel of Titan Energy Partners and DSL.net, Inc. Steve obtained his law degree from Boston College Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.

JOHN DREASHER

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

John Dreasher rejoined REV Group as CHRO in June 2023. With over 30 years of expertise, John Dreasher spent nearly 13 years with REV Group, serving as the VP of HR for Collins Industries (2003 to 2008), the VP of HR for Allied Specialty Vehicles (2008 to 2015), and the CHRO for REV Group from (2015 to 2016). Most recently, John was the SVP/CHRO of Engineered Transportation International, another AIP Portfolio company and the largest U.S. tank trailer manufacturer. John holds an associate degree in machine tool technology from Wallace College, an associate degree with an emphasis in business from Allen County College, a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Faulkner University, and a Master of Business Administration from Baker University.

SAGAR MURTHY

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Sagar Murthy serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of REV Group a position he has held since August 2022. He previously served as the Senior Vice President, General Manager APAC & ME, and Chief Information Office at Jason Group. Prior to Jason Group, he served as the Group Chief Information Officer at Actuant Corporation. Sagar holds a master’s degree in business administration with specialization in International Business from Marquette University.

MIKE VIRNIG

PRESIDENT, REV Specialty Vehicles Segment

Mike Virnig serves as President, REV Specialty Vehicles Segment, overseeing fire apparatus brands E-ONE, Ferrara, KME, Spartan Emergency Response, Smeal, Spartan Fire Chassis and Ladder Tower; ambulance brands AEV, Horton, Leader, Road Rescue and Wheled Coach, and commercial brands Capacity Trucks and LayMor; a position he has held from February 2023. Mike joined REV Group in 2018 as Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing for REV Fire Group. He previously served as the Vice President of Sales for Spartan Emergency Response, General Manager for Rush Peterbilt California and has owned multiple companies throughout his career.

MARK VAN ARNAM

PRESIDENT, REV Ambulance Group

Mark Van Arnam serves as President, Ambulance Group, overseeing REV Ambulance Group brands Horton, American Emergency Vehicles (AEV), Leader, Wheeled Coach and Road Rescue. In February 2023, he rejoined REV Group after previously holding positions as Vice President – Sales & Marketing of Wheeled Coach Industries and President/CEO of American Emergency Vehicles (AEV), which he co-founded in 1991. Mark also served as the Administrator for The Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS). In 2016, he received the Ambulance Manufacturers Division Lifetime Achievement Award and the American Medical Response Pioneer in EMS Award.

MICHAEL LANCIOTTI

PRESIDENT, REV Recreational Vehicles Segment

Michael (Mike) Lanciotti serves as President, Recreational Vehicles Segment, overseeing all the recreation businesses and brands including Fleetwood RV, Holiday Rambler, American Coach, Lance Camper, Midwest Automotive Designs, Renegade RV and Goldshield Fiberglass. He was appointed to this role in April 2021. Prior to this, Mike held various leadership roles at Renegade RV which he joined in 2008. Following REV’s acquisition of Renegade RV in 2016, Mike served as its Vice President and General Manager. Mike holds an Executive MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and a bachelor’s degree from Thiel College with a focus in Accounting and Mechanical Engineering.
