Lance Camper Mfg. Corp., a REV Group company, announces several vital projects and doubles down on its commitment to offer the highest quality ultra-light travel trailers and truck campers on the market.
At Lance’s state-of-the-art facility in Lancaster, California, the eighth C.R. Onsrud Pro Series machine was recently installed. Lance pioneered the use of automated CNC (computer numerical controlled) machines in the recreation manufacturing industry in the early 2000s and continues to supply in the latest technology. This investment contributes to the highest possible quality manufacturing processes available by delivering precise, consistent components to the assembly line.
In an investment in its people, Lance implemented REV Group’s company-wide initiative for an aggressive Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing certification program, resulting in numerous benefits and processes in place, which support high quality manufacturing and customer satisfaction.
Finally, the company has recruited some very knowledgeable and passionate staff to lead the quality strategy well into the future.
“These key initiatives ensure Lance continues to “walk the talk” and delivers on their latest marketing campaigns theme of “Quality is Standard Equipment,” states Bob Rogers, Marketing Director, Lance Camper.
