BRANDON, SD – April 8, 2025 –  Spartan Emergency Response, a brand  of REV Group, Inc.’s subsidiary Spartan Fire, LLC, and leading manufacturer of fire apparatus, will offer a full slate of products at FDIC 2025 – including the S-180 Pumper Series and all electric Vector®, while also celebrating the 50th anniversary of Spartan Fire Chassis, at FDIC International (Fire Department Instructors Conference) in Indianapolis, Indiana from April 10-12, 2025, Booth #4336.

“We look forward to featuring a great lineup of fire apparatus,” said Nick Hummel, director of sales, Spartan Emergency Response. “We’re also very excited to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Spartan Fire Chassis and giving appreciation to our customers, the first responders who use our products to protect their communities.”

Spartan Emergency Response apparatus on display will include:

S-180 Series Pumper for White Cloud (MI) Fire Department: Built on a Metro Star EMFD chassis, this pumper features a 21” extended bumper, full-height compartments on both sides, a 1,500 GPM pump, 1,000-gallon water tank, foam systems and 20-gallon foam cell.
Smeal Type 1 Pumper for Riverside County (CA) Fire Department: Built on a Spartan Gladiator MFD Chassis, this pumper features a 1,750 GPM pump, 500-gallon water tank, FoamPro 2002 dual system with 20+40-gallon foam cells, 143 cubic feet of compartments and 110 cubic feet of hosebed. It also has hydraulic hosebed doors and ladder rack.
Smeal 100’ Aerial Platform for Sugar Creek Township (IN) Fire Department: With its 100’ ladder and 172’ of ground ladders, this no pump, no tank aerial features a 28” severe duty front bumper, Smart Storage wheelwell compartmentation, FireTech HiViz scene lights and10 kW hydraulic generator.

In addition, attendees and customers are invited to visit REV Fire Group Booth #4136 to celebrate first responders and to see the all-electric North American-style Vector fire truck built for the Charlotte (NC) Fire Department. Continuing past years’ theme “Protecting Those Who Protect Us,” REV Fire Group will host its popular “REV It Up Series” on Thursday and Friday at 12:00pm. This will include the REV It Up Product Review with live product walk-arounds, including interviews with National Fire Radio.

Back by popular demand is the “Tiller Time Miller Time” REV It Up Happy Hour on Thursday and Friday at 2:00pm which will include a toast and celebration of the 50th anniversary of Spartan Fire Chassis, including a highlight of top innovations and recognition of longtime employees and customers. OCALA, Fla – April 8, 2025 – E-ONE, Inc., a subsidiary of REV Group, Inc., will showcase a new Tractor Drawn Aerial and its new Select Series™ Aerial that highlight E-ONE’s “Strength Through Excellence” at FDIC International (Fire Department Instructors Conference) in Indianapolis, Indiana, April 10-12, 2024, Booth #4536.

E-ONE Select Series™ 100′ Aerial for Kittery, ME: This aerial features a Typhoon 58” extruded aluminum cab with severe duty interior, 100’ aerial with 500 lb capacity + 75 lbs equipment, crisscross underslung outriggers with 11’ jack spread, 127’ of ground ladders, 470 gallon water tank, 2200 GPM pump and advanced aerial control system.
Cyclone® Low Hosebed Pumper for Streetsboro, Ohio: This extruded aluminum low hosebed body features full height driver and officer side compartments. The 100’ Cyclone 67.5” extruded aluminum cab features a 4” raised roof and 12” rear vista roof. It has a 2,000 GPM pump, 750-gallon water tank and a foam system with 30-gallon foam cell.

HOLDEN, LA – April 8, 2025 – Kovatch Mobile Equipment Corp. (KME), a subsidiary of REV Group and a leading manufacturer of fire apparatus, will display its latest customized line up of fire apparatus at FDIC International (Fire Department Instructors Conference) in Indianapolis, Indiana from April 10-12, 2025, Booth #3737.

“KME is known for building workhorse fire apparatus that answers the specific demands of the fire department,” said Tim Besser, sales manager for KME. “We are excited about seeing our customers face-to-face in Indianapolis and talking about this year’s unique lineup.”

KME will showcase the following fire apparatus:

Tractor Drawn Rescue from Asheville (NC) Fire Department: Built on a KME Severe Service MFD chassis with flat roof cab and seating for six, this rig includes upper and lower transverse compartments, a tiller cab with sliding doors, rear ladder tunnel storage and five 20-inch-deep compartments on top.
Severe Service Pumper from Morningside (MD) Fire Department: This truck features the XMFD chassis with flat roof and seating for six, an ultra-low hosebed, 1,250 GPM pump, 500-gallon water tank, and 10 SCBA cylinder compartments in the fender.
Severe Service Pumper from Macomb (MI) Township Fire Department: Built on a Severe Service LFD chassis with 10” raised roof, this rig has a 750-gallon water tank, 30-gallon foam tank, 1500 GPM pump, and 29-inch wide full-depth compartments above the driver’s side.   

Continuing past years’ theme “Protecting Those Who Protect Us,” REV Fire Group will host the popular “REV It Up Series” on Thursday and Friday at 12:00pm. This will include the REV It Up Product Review and live product walk-arounds, including interviews with National Fire Radio. The Asheville Tractor Drawn Rescue will be the focus of the Product Review on April 11. In addition, attendees and customers are invited to visit REV Specialty Vehicles Pavillion #4148 for complimentary coffee service each day until 1:00pm, as well as REV It Up Happy Hour at 2:00pm on Thursday, April 10 and Friday, April 11.
