REV Fire Group’s Vector™ will make its debut at FDIC, giving attendees the opportunity to be among the first to see and learn about the first North American-style fully electric fire truck. Developed with technology partner Emergency One Group LTD – maker of the world’s first electric fire truck – Vector packs 316 kW of proven automotive-grade batteries, delivering the longest electric pumping duration in the industry. This enables fire departments to drive and pump on electric only.

 

KME’s Booth #4500 will show five unique vehicles to meet multiple fire service needs. These include:

 

103-foot Tuff Truck™ from Pine Ridge Fire and Rescue, SC: Built on a KME SSX™ chassis, this rig features a 650-gallon water tank a 1750 GPM pump, and KME’s EZ-MRS™ to help facilitate maintenance and keep the AerialCat™ Steel-Safe™ ladder in optimal condition.
Heavy Walk-In Rescue from West Haverstraw Fire Department, NY: This truck has a four (4) compartment walk-in rescue body, crew seating for 8, an 8” front bumper extension and dual cribbing compartments under the body.
Tractor-Drawn AerialCat with Steel-Safe technology from Summerville Fire Department, SC: This 101-foot TDA is built on a SSX chassis and features a pre-piped waterway, a -14’ outrigger stance, and 90-degree jack knife capability.
102’ Mid-Mount Platform from East Pennsboro Township Fire Department, PA: The spacious platform offers 22.8 cubic feet of space for four firefighters and equipment as well as a state-of-the-art motion control system with 10” display at the control console.
Custom 4X4 Pumper from San Bernardino County Fire Department, CA: This truck features the SSX chassis with 10” raised roof, a Zico single arm ladder rack, 1500 GPM pump, 500-gallon water tank with 30-gallon foam cell and FoamPro foam system.\

With the Multi-Stance technology, operators can set the outriggers to any reach that the fire scene will accommodate. United Safety and Survivability Corporation’s GE DisInFx system can be easily installed into the cab headliner of fire apparatus. The small device utilizes UVC and UVA technology to help reduce viruses in the air and bacteria and fungus on surfaces including SARS-CoV-2 which causes COVID-19. This UVC and UVA technology is safe for human exposure so it can be operated while the apparatus is occupied and in service.

 

This device also includes white and red LED lights, which provide additional cab interior lighting and exceed the NFPA surface illumination requirements.

 

USSC’s GE Disinfx system, in conjunction with the Active Air Purification System, helps to promote an all-around cleaner and safer operating environment for first responders. Both the GE DisInFx and Active Air Purification System will be on display at FDIC as part of REV Fire Group’s World of Innovation and Protection at Booth #4516.

Attendees can also expect to see a cross section of the fire apparatus that showcase E-ONE’s “Strength Through Excellence,” at Booth #4800, including three aerials and two custom pumpers. The trucks on display will include:

HP 100 Platform: With its high strength integral torque box chassis providing a rock-solid foundation, this platform features crisscross underslung outriggers with only 15’6” spread and the new short-jack system for greater leveling capability. This “truck company” design with an 80” cab offers an integrated full width transverse storage compartment with interior access.
HP 75 Aerial Ladder: E-ONE’s HP 75 is a high-performance and versatile aerial featuring great compartmentation, ground ladder storage, SideStacker™hosebed, 500-gallon tank, a 1500 GPM pump, short 210” wheelbase and an extruded aluminum ladder exceeding the NFPA’s 1901 requirements.
Metro 100 Quint: Engineered for today’s busy fire departments, this aerial features a compact design with a 235” wheelbase, short rear overhang and raised departure angle for great maneuverability. The truck features a severe duty cab, 1500 GPM pump, 300-gallon tank, full depth compartments, SideStacker™ hosebed, 148’ of ground ladders and 100’ aerial for a versatile and durable package.
Cyclone® Custom Pumper: This unit features the 100” wide cab with barrier style doors, lowered cab entry steps and a severe duty interior. The extruded aluminum low hosebed body features a full height, full depth compartment on the officer’s side and a custom chain saw box.
Typhoon® Custom Pumper with Stainless Steel Body: This short wheelbase unit has a low hosebed body with driver side full height compartments. It features an officer side ladder rack for 24’ and 14’ ladders, four rear discharges for preconnected handlines and a .75” heated gross decontamination outlet.
